CLING TO NOTHING THAT STANDS BETWEEN YOUR SOUL AND ITS FREEDOM
Reverend Simon Small was our speaker in May 2010
Simon Small worked for ten years as an Anglican priest. He now lives in Glastonbury and works independently in the field of spirituality - writing, leading retreats and seminars, and acting as spiritual companion to individuals. Many of the people he works with are from beyond church boundaries.
Before ordination he spent many years exploring modern spirituality in its many manifestations, including the great eastern traditions. He is author of From the Bottom of the Pond: the forgotten art of experiencing God in the depths of the present moment, which has been an Amazon UK ‘spirituality' bestseller and extracts were serialised in the Church Times. The book also formed the basis for an edition of Something Understood on BBC Radio 4. it has been endorsed by leading figures and publications from both the Church and the New Age/Alternative spiritualities. www.simonsmall.info
